Your Role as a Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

As a field-based scientific expert in cardiology, you will play a key role in fostering relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs), supporting the development and dissemination of clinical knowledge in anti-arrhythmia treatments. You will be instrumental in scientific exchange, insight gathering, and strategic decision-making, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while contributing to medical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary medical contact in the field and report to the Senior Director, Medical Excellence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs to enhance scientific knowledge and patient care.
  • Conduct scientific exchange and provide disease state education.
  • Collaborate across departments to provide medical and scientific insights.
  • Support medical affairs initiatives, including congresses and investigator-initiated studies.
  • Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Travel ≥60% to engage with stakeholders and attend industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD) with 1+ year of relevant clinical experience, or a Master’s degree (MS, MSN, MPH, MHA) with 3+ years of experience.
  • 4+ years as an MSL, preferably in cardiovascular medicine.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to interpret scientific data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to ethical and professional standards.
