🧾 Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Medical Information Manager to strengthen our growing Medical Information Management Team.
This role focuses on overseeing Medical Information (MI) service delivery, managing global client relationships, and leading MI teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and excellence in communication.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Line management of Medical Information teams — leading, mentoring, and developing enquiry handlers to deliver top-quality medical communication services.
Ensure high-quality MI service delivery, maintaining compliance with KPIs, regulations, and company policies in alignment with Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information agreements.
Oversee outsourced Medical Information programs, including setup, program expansion, quality oversight, and compliance monitoring.
Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying process improvements and supporting business development initiatives.
Participate in client audits and inspections, ensuring operational readiness and quality compliance.
Support PV regulatory compliance, lead root cause analyses, and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) processes.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Healthcare degree is an advantage).
Proven program management experience, ideally in Pharmacovigilance or Medical Information.
Prior experience in supervisory or managerial roles within a Call Center or Medical Information environment.
Experience in mentoring, training, and line management of staff.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
