Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate excellently both internally and externally, orally and in writing, in local country language and English.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, understanding the views and needs of customers, patients, and other external stakeholders.
  3. Maintain high levels of scientific and ethical integrity, prioritizing patient safety.
  4. Collaborate effectively across functions.
  5. Work independently while escalating risks and issues as appropriate.
  6. Proficiently use office software (Excel, Word, PPT) and adapt to various English operation/system interfaces.
  7. Be outgoing, proactive, responsible, meticulous, and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications:

  1. B. Pharm with 1 year of Pharma industry experience, or 1 year of relevant clinic/hospital/retail pharmacy experience (e.g., dispensary role), or at least 1 year of call center/customer service experience.
  2. Knowledge of diseases and drug therapies, especially in Oncology, Vaccines, and Diabetes.
  3. Understanding of pharma business models and the pharma industry climate and landscape in the local market.
  4. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to innovate practical solutions for complex issues.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Pharmacy background
  • Previous experience in a similar domain

Sub Skills:

  • Good customer service skills
