The Opportunity

As Senior Manager, Medical Affairs, you will be the local medical expert for one or more Therapeutic Areas (TAs), serving as a critical link between scientific, clinical, and commercial teams. You will support current and future product portfolios from pre-launch through the post-marketing phase, working closely with regional medical directors, local stakeholders, and external experts to drive evidence-based strategies and build strong medical-scientific collaborations.


How You’ll Spend Your Day

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the local medical lead for assigned therapeutic areas, offering scientific and clinical support for marketed and pipeline products.

  • Collaborate with Regional Medical Directors to help execute global and regional medical strategies from pre-launch onward.

  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Pharmacovigilance, and other local teams to integrate the medical voice into strategic planning.

  • Partner with Product Managers to provide strategic and tactical medical-scientific input to marketing plans and promotional materials.

  • Participate in strategic decision-making and implementation aligned with global, regional, and local objectives.

  • Act as a liaison with healthcare professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic institutions, and medical societies.

  • Support clinical development initiatives and ensure alignment with company and regulatory policies.

  • Contribute to the training and scientific education of sales, marketing, and medical representatives in your therapeutic areas.


Your Experience and Qualifications

Required:

  • University degree in a healthcare discipline, preferably Medicine.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical medical affairs role (e.g., Medical Science Liaison or similar).

  • Fluent in English (Advanced level required).
