In this critical leadership role, you will manage global content workflows and oversee a team of project managers and operations specialists. You'll drive strategic content delivery, ensure compliance, and enhance client satisfaction across a broad range of pharmaceutical digital channels. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operational Oversight
Lead and mentor a global team of content project managers and specialists
Manage sprint planning, resourcing, vendor operations, and workload balancing
Resolve production issues with root-cause analysis and corrective action
Set team goals, KPIs, and support professional development
Process Optimization & Capability Building
Improve systems, platforms, and workflows related to pharma content production
Drive continuous process enhancements for operational efficiency
Support recruitment efforts aligned with evolving business needs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with global engagement, brand, regulatory, and tech teams
Influence content strategy and participate in job intake platform improvements
Align cross-channel marketing and creative stakeholders across functions
Client Satisfaction & Stakeholder Communication
Coordinate project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with review workflows
Communicate status updates, quality reviews, and stakeholder feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of total experience, with 5+ years in client-facing or project management roles
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related fields
Deep expertise in content operations, digital project management, and stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with Service Catalog, Veeva, Adobe CMS, Workfront, SMFC
Strong risk management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional teams
Preferred Experience
Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Sites, Assets, Analytics, Creative Suite)
Experience managing creative agencies and content production vendors
