Job Overview

Sun Pharma is hiring a Senior Manager 1 – CRM to lead global CRM strategy, commercial technology transformation, enterprise CRM governance, and digital enablement initiatives across multiple business units and geographies.

The role involves managing enterprise CRM portfolios, driving platform modernization, leading cross-functional teams, strengthening commercial analytics, ensuring compliance in regulated environments, and delivering scalable CRM solutions aligned with business growth objectives.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced CRM, MarTech, Commercial IT, or Digital Transformation leaders with expertise in pharma CRM ecosystems, data integrations, analytics, and enterprise program governance.
