Job Description:

The Senior Lead – Delivery will be responsible for leading and supervising the day-to-day operations of a medical coding team, ensuring that client SLAs are met and quality is maintained. This role requires effective team and client management, coaching, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve performance, attendance, or behavioral issues using formal techniques

  • Handle personnel and disciplinary issues appropriately

  • Offer subject matter expertise to quality analysts

  • Ensure training needs for the team are fulfilled

  • Manage SLA requirements and adapt processes accordingly

  • Document and communicate all client and process updates

  • Act as a key contact for team-related operational needs

  • Conduct team meetings and facilitate a positive work environment

  • Supervise attendance, work assignments, and participate in appraisals
