Job Summary:
A leading pharmaceutical organization is seeking a Senior Executive – Training & Development for its Corporate Enabling Function at the Mumbai Head Office. This role is crucial in driving learning, development, and training initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and support employee growth within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute training programs aligned with organizational needs.
Design learning materials and modules for different departments.
Identify skill gaps and propose relevant development solutions.
Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with department heads to schedule and implement training sessions.
Maintain records of employee participation and training outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree (HR, Pharma, or related field preferred).
Prior exposure to training & development activities is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to assess training needs and create customized programs.
