Both facilities are supported by approximately 500 R&D professionals based at Noida and Mysore, working on the development of new products in APIs, Solid Dosage Formulations, Sterile Injectables, Semi-Solids (Ointments, Creams), and Liquids. The company also conducts in-house BA/BE studies at its 80-bed facility, which has global regulatory approvals, including from USFDA, EMEA, ANVISA (Brazil), and other certifications for GCP and NABL, CAP for Path Lab services.

Jubilant Pharma continues to experience strong revenue growth, with INR 53,240 million in FY 2018-19, up from INR 39,950 million in FY 2017-18.

Position: Senior Executive - Technology Transfer

Location: Mysore, Karnataka / Roorkee, Uttarakhand (Depending on business needs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Transfer (TT) Management: Oversee and manage the transfer of manufacturing processes, analytical methods, and technologies from R&D to production.
  • Process Development: Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure the development, scale-up, and commercialization of processes for APIs and Dosage Forms.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all technology transfer activities are compliant with regulatory requirements (USFDA, EMEA, ANVISA, etc.) and internal quality systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify challenges during the technology transfer process and provide timely solutions for seamless integration into manufacturing.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure successful execution of the transfer.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge transfer between R&D and production teams to enable the scaling of technologies.
  • Reporting & Communication: Regularly update management and stakeholders on progress, timelines, and challenges related to technology transfer initiatives.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technology Transfer, Process Development, or a related role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of technology transfer processes, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and regulatory compliance (especially with USFDA and other global standards).
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively across multiple teams.
