    Qualification: M.Sc. in Environment (Candidates from Regulatory API plants will be preferred)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Effluent Treatment and Sewage Treatment Management:

      • Handle Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) operations in large-scale Chemical, Petrochemical, or API plants with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD).
      • Knowledgeable in Waste Water Treatment, Water Recycling, Reverse Osmosis (RO), and Pollution Control Board norms.

    • Process Improvement Initiatives:

      • Lead initiatives on Water Usage Reduction (WUR), Effluent Generation Ratio (EGR) reduction, and Hazardous Waste reduction.

    • Analysis and Reporting:

      • Conduct analyses for COD, BOD, TDD, DO, Turbidity, SP Gravity, and pH.
      • Prepare and maintain various daily reports and records.
      • Familiar with troubleshooting ETP Plant issues.
      • Knowledgeable in MBR, MBBR, Aerobic, Anaerobic, UF, RO, SBR, MEE Stripper, and ZLD processes.

    • Compliance and Documentation:

      • Maintain statutory documents and liaise with external authorities and agencies.
      • Monitor pollution control parameters and implement measures to meet standards.
      • Ensure timely submission of monthly, half-yearly, and annual reports required by MPPCB/CPCB.
      • Knowledge of ISO: 14001 and ISO: 45001 implementation.
      • Proficient in SAP system operations.

    • Chemical and Shift Management:

      • Maintain and arrange chemical stock.
      • Schedule shifts for operators and allocate jobs to maintenance and contract supervisors as per schedules.

    • Sustainability and Efficiency:

      • Knowledge of sustainability practices.
      • Proficient in Kaizen, 5S, and FIFO principles.

    • Operational Documentation:

      • Manage daily shift operation documentation, including logbooks, checklists, and data entry in computerized reports.
      • Skilled in using MS Office for online report maintenance.
      • Competent in MPPCB data entry on online portals.

    • Problem Resolution:

      • Identify and resolve shift issues promptly to avoid breakdowns.
