Jubilant Pharmova Limited (formerly Jubilant Life Sciences Limited) is a global company involved in various business segments, including Radiopharma, Allergy Immunotherapy, CDMO Sterile Injectables, Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO), Generics, and Proprietary Novel Drugs. The company has six manufacturing facilities catering to regulated markets such as the USA, Europe, and other global regions.

In Radiopharma, Jubilant Pharmova manufactures and supplies radiopharmaceuticals across 46 radio-pharmacies in the US. The Allergy Immunotherapy business produces and supplies allergenic extracts and venom products, primarily in the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. The company’s CDMO Sterile Injectables division offers manufacturing services such as sterile fill and finish injectables, ophthalmic products, and ampoules. Position Overview:

Organization: Jubilant Pharmova Limited
Designation: Senior Executive – Production
Location: Nanjangud, Mysore
Job Summary:
The Senior Executive in the Production department will be responsible for overseeing production activities, equipment handling, troubleshooting, production planning, and ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Handling:
- Operate and clean equipment used in the production process.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues during the production process.
Production Planning:
- Manufacture and pack products as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
Material Handling:
- Monitor the consumption of raw materials, packing materials, and solvents on the shop floor.
Safety, Health, and Environment:
- Conduct on-line monitoring of environmental conditions in the production area to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Documentation:
- Complete and maintain required documentation, including BMR, BPR, Batch Cleaning Records (BCR), etc.

Desired Certifications and Skills:

Certification in cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Functional Skills:

Handling unit operations and processes.
Strong attention to detail with a critical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to handle manpower on the shop floor and plan day-to-day activities effectively.

General Awareness and Working Knowledge:

Broad understanding of production concepts and the ability to apply them to daily tasks.
Knowledge of basic cGMP practices.

Person Profile:

Qualification: Graduate in Chemical Engineering (B.E.), B.Sc. (Chemistry/PCM/Biochemistry), or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in an API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) industry or a similar production environment.
