Role Summary:
Biocon Biologics is seeking a Senior Executive to join its Global Marketing Communications team. This role will focus on content editing, proofreading, and ensuring the highest standards of scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency across global pharma communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Editing, Proofreading & Quality Control:
Review and refine scientific and marketing content for grammatical precision, stylistic consistency, and brand tone.
Align content with approved product labels, medical references, and brand guidelines.
Ensure compliance with global regulatory and legal standards across key markets including the US and EU.
Assist in creating high-quality training materials to support global brand strategies.
Contribute to lifecycle marketing campaigns in key therapeutic areas: Oncology, Immunology, Diabetes, Ophthalmology, and Bone Health.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with Marketing, Corporate Communications, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams.
Provide editorial support to cross-functional content initiatives across print, digital, video, and event channels.
Brand Alignment:
Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring content adheres to Biocon Biologics' tone of voice and scientific credibility.
Adapt and repurpose content for diverse media formats and platforms.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in English, Journalism, Communications, or Life Sciences.
Experience: 5 to 8 years in content editing, proofreading, or quality control within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
Exceptional proficiency in written English, with impeccable grammar and editorial judgment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex scientific information with marketing clarity.
Knowledge of regulatory standards such as FDA, EMA, and OPDP guidelines is highly desirable.
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent project management and collaboration skills.
