Senior Contract Analyst – Clinical Research (Remote, USA)

Join ICON Strategic Solutions, a leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, as a Senior Contract Analyst. This remote-based role offers the opportunity to manage operational and contractual aspects of global clinical trials, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to support program objectives in compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations within clinical support functions

  • Coordinate with study teams to ensure timely completion of drug and non-drug programs

  • Provide regular project status and financial updates in tracking systems

  • Escalate issues related to functional deliverables proactively

  • Implement process and operational standards within the function

  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for assigned programs

  • Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with clinical trial regulations


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 3+ years in pharmaceutical drug development or equivalent

  • Strong understanding of global clinical trial conduct and ICH/GCP guidelines

  • Proven project management and team leadership experience

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills

  • Fluent in English; ability to manage global collaborations

  • Willingness to travel (10–15%)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in global clinical trials and working with external vendors

  • Exposure to cross-functional clinical operations

  • Familiarity with process improvement and implementation
