Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join our consulting division at Navitas Life Sciences. This strategic role focuses on the successful delivery of high-impact projects in the life sciences sector, with key responsibilities across consulting execution, client engagement, and business development. The Senior Consultant will independently manage workstreams, design and implement client solutions, and contribute to expanding Navitas' footprint across pharmacovigilance, regulatory, clinical, and quality domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Client Engagement:
Lead and manage key workstreams or sub-projects within large-scale consulting engagements
Analyze client challenges and design actionable, tailored solutions aligned with scope, objectives, and timelines
Deliver client-ready reports and presentations that clearly communicate strategic insights
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on client projects within Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Clinical Development, or Risk Management
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, client meetings, and cross-functional sessions to drive project success
Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
Project Management:
Define project requirements and objectives in collaboration with clients
Oversee scheduling, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and status tracking
Conduct regular client reporting, ensuring all outputs align with expectations
Lead implementation planning and post-project reviews to ensure sustainability of delivered solutions
Business Development:
Identify new opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts
Contribute to proposal writing, RFP responses, and pitch presentations
Attend routine account meetings and support relationship development
Assist in building thought leadership content, case studies, and domain-specific collaterals
Internal Contribution:
Collaborate with internal leadership on strategic growth themes and operational excellence
Create knowledge assets such as frameworks, PoVs, and training modules
Actively contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in Life Sciences industry or consulting
At least 2 years in a consulting role and/or 3 years in Pharma/Clinical/Regulatory/PV function
