Job Opportunity: Senior Clinical Trial Assistant

Job Description:

Role Overview: The Senior Clinical Trial Assistant supports project delivery and clinical trial coordinators by ensuring meticulous management of trial documentation and adherence to protocols. This role blends patient-facing responsibilities with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical activities such as ECG, vital signs monitoring, and venepuncture blood collection efficiently.
  • Manage trial documentation, including preparation for patient visits, data entry, and resolving queries.
  • Facilitate communication with participants, monitors, vendors, and sponsors as needed.
  • Perform real-time quality control checks on source data documentation daily.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a clinical trial environment (preferred) or in a patient-facing/healthcare role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in managing multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adherence to standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in computer operations.
