We are seeking a Senior Clinical System Designer to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of advanced clinical systems. This role ensures that clinical systems support study protocols, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, system innovation, and leadership across cross-functional teams, driving enhancements in clinical trial technology and processes.
Lead the design, development, and optimization of clinical systems to align with study protocols and operational requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process innovations.
Oversee system configuration, integration, testing, and validation to ensure functionality, usability, and compliance.
Provide strategic guidance on implementing new technologies and best practices in clinical system design.
Stay updated on industry trends and clinical technology advancements to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure all system-related activities maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Extensive experience in clinical systems design and implementation within the clinical research industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Expertise in data analysis, clinical data management systems, and software platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
