Job Overview

ICON plc is hiring a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) – Oncology to support and oversee oncology clinical trial monitoring activities across the West Coast region of the United States.

This role involves managing clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with study protocols and GCP regulations, supporting oncology studies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful trial execution.

The position is ideal for experienced CRAs with strong expertise in:

  • Oncology clinical trials
  • Site monitoring
  • GCP compliance
  • Phase I/II oncology studies
  • Clinical operations management

Experience Required

Mandatory Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of clinical trial monitoring experience
  • Minimum 1+ year of oncology monitoring experience

Preferred Experience

Hands-on experience in:

  • Phase I/II Oncology Studies
  • Solid Tumor Studies including:
    • Gastrointestinal Oncology
    • Colorectal Cancer
    • Breast Cancer
    • Head & Neck Oncology

Freshers Eligibility

  • Freshers are NOT eligible
  • This is a senior-level CRA position requiring independent site monitoring expertise
