Job Title: Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA)

Responsibilities

The Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) will be responsible for:

Performing various activities at clinical trial (CT) sites as per protocol requirements.
Leading and overseeing clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulatory requirements.
Conducting site initiation visits, routine monitoring visits, and close-out visits.
Ensuring the protection of the rights and well-being of human subjects.
Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data collection.
Reviewing and verifying proper documentation of informed consent.
Managing and resolving data queries and discrepancies.
Providing guidance and support to site staff and junior CRAs.
Preparing detailed monitoring reports and documentation required by the study.
Ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

2-4 years of clinical research and onsite experience.

Compensation

Annual salary ranging from 3.5-6 Lacs.
