About the Role
Labcorp, a global leader in clinical research and laboratory services, is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Associate to join our Bangalore team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality clinical projects while supporting operational excellence across study maintenance, documentation, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day clinical project tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
Maintain and manage project and technical documentation in alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
Provide administrative and technical support to internal departments, serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for process questions and clarifications.
Perform quality checks, ensure timely issue escalation, and coordinate resolution to maintain study integrity.
Track, monitor, and report metrics in accordance with management timelines; ensure training and timesheet compliance within the team.
Collaborate with workload managers and subject matter experts to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Assist in process improvement initiatives, implementing revised workflows and contributing to operational excellence.
Mentor junior staff by modeling technical and soft skill competencies, ensuring team adherence to best practices.
Execute additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in clinical operations, clinical project support, or study maintenance.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain high-quality standards, and work independently.
Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, study maintenance, and SOP compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and clinical tracking tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
