Key Responsibilities
Customer Consulting & Commercial Support
Build customer confidence in Clarivate solutions and value propositions
Work with customers and commercial teams to define tailored solution packages
Identify products, services, and solutions best suited to client needs
Lead strategic pilots and advisory engagements
Demonstrate customer value to support long-term business opportunities
Subject Matter Expertise
Serve as a Life Sciences and Healthcare domain expert
Provide expertise in:
Clinical or preclinical R&D
Market access
Market intelligence
Explain healthcare data and analytics clearly to customers
Translate technical concepts into business value
Solution Engineering & Technical Support
