Job Summary:
ICON plc, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, is hiring a Senior Biostatistician in India. This role involves delivering advanced statistical analysis, interpretation, and reporting to support drug discovery, development, and commercialization. You'll play a key role in maintaining statistical standards and ensuring compliance with health authority regulations across diverse therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive statistical services for discovery, manufacturing, research, development, and marketed product needs.
Design, analyze, interpret, and communicate data-driven evidence to guide decision-making.
Develop and maintain standard statistical requirements, tools, and templates aligned with industry and regulatory standards.
Ensure statistical practices are consistent with therapeutic and study design needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master’s or PhD in Statistics or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience for PhD holders, 5 years for Master’s holders.
Proficiency in SAS or R programming.
Sound knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements for statistical analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with ADaM (Analysis Data Model) standards.
Operational experience with analysis standards is preferred.
