Role Summary
The Senior Analyst – R&D Support is responsible for managing Global R&D Capital Expenditure (CapEx) administration, operational excellence initiatives, financial tracking, and cross-functional project coordination. The role supports global R&D investment projects by collaborating with scientific teams, finance, procurement, and operations to ensure efficient project execution, budget compliance, and strategic resource planning.
Key Responsibilities
CapEx Administration
Manage global R&D CapEx processes and workflows.
Coordinate CapEx requests and approvals.
Handle:
Vendor Verification
New Vendor Setup
Budget Tracking
Business Justification Documentation
Monitor CapEx project milestones and compliance.
Ensure alignment with corporate financial policies.
Financial Operations & SAP Support
Execute end-to-end CapEx lifecycle management.
Work with:
SAP
Purchase Orders (PO)
Financial Tracking Systems
Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
Support annual corporate capital expenditure planning.
Project Management
Coordinate global R&D operational projects.
Track project deliverables and timelines.
Support milestone planning and execution.
Provide project status updates to leadership teams.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain project dashboards and reporting tools.
Generate operational and financial reports.
Deliver insights on:

Support decision-making through data analysis.
