Job Description:
THE POSITION:
The Managing Analyst will work in a dynamic team focused on pricing data and support clients (Live/Offline) with questions and customized reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing team associates for a Pharma domain process.
Ensuring delivery as per the agreed contract timelines.
Creating customized Excel reports based on client requirements.
Handling consulting requests related to price changes, patent expiry, and generic substitution.
Working on indication-based reimbursement.
Ensuring quality management and continuous improvements.
Experience in market research, data analysis, and pharmaceutical drug pricing.
Managing people, performance, and attrition.
Client communication and resource optimization.
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory agencies in the USA, Europe, and Japan is an asset.
Knowledge of various therapy areas with preferred experience in Oncology.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong communication skills in English—written and oral.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Market Research (Data Interpretation, Secondary Research, and Analysis).
Mandatory knowledge of the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical domain.
Pharmaceutical Market Access knowledge is a value addition.
Basic knowledge of SQL and Macros is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, quick learner, and effective time management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotech, or Life Sciences.

Additional Information:
EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $83,000 to $112,000. Compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
