We are seeking a Scrum Master to guide and support Agile development teams. You will act as a servant leader, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices to enhance delivery and collaboration.
Serve as Scrum process owner for one or more Agile teams.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is prioritized and ready.
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices.
Promote a safe, transparent, and collaborative team environment.
Support decision-making, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and progress reports.
Certification: PSM I, CSM, or equivalent first-level Scrum Master certification.
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role on software development teams.
Skills: Strong servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement expertise.
Knowledge of Agile delivery techniques (Epics, User Stories, Velocity, Burndown).
Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP, or SAFe.
Experience supporting medical device or regulated software development.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Must be based in or able to work from India (remote/hybrid options available).
