About the Team – Antibody Development

Our Antibody Team focuses on the design, development, purification, conjugation, and testing of antibodies for diverse immunoassay applications. Leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies, the team ensures reagent quality and specificity while advancing product development to support global research initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

As Scientist III – Protein Biology, you will play a pivotal role in antibody development and protein engineering:

Independently plan and execute experiments to meet program goals and timelines.
Maintain accurate and timely records of experimental results in data sheets and lab notebooks.
Stay updated with the latest scientific literature and developments in antibody development and protein biology.
Contribute to ideation for workflow optimization and product improvement.
Compile, present, and communicate experimental data to stakeholders and leadership through written reports and presentations.
Mentor junior scientists and provide laboratory supervision.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience:

Master’s degree with 15+ years of R&D experience or PhD with 7+ years of experience in molecular biology, protein design & purification, immunology, biotechnology, or biochemistry.
Minimum 3–4 years of industrial experience in relevant fields.

Technical Expertise:

Proven experience in protein purification and analysis technologies, including affinity/ion exchange chromatography, SEC, HPLC, and SDS-PAGE.
Knowledge of protein affinity measurement platforms and immunoassays.
Expertise in antibody or protein engineering and antigen design for immunizations.
Familiarity with antibody conjugation chemistries and platforms is desirable.
Strong statistical knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and software such as Prism.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to learn and apply new concepts.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for collaboration with peers and leadership.
Strong teamwork capabilities, adaptable to diverse work environments.
