Role & Responsibilities
As a Scientist II, Protein Biology, you will be an essential part of the antibody development team, contributing to performance and specificity using innovative molecular, protein, and cell biology methods.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree with over 5 years of relevant experience or a Ph.D. with over 2 years of experience in a life sciences field (structural biology, protein design, molecular biology, immunology, biotechnology, or biochemistry).

Nature of Experience

  • Extensive experience in protein purification and analysis (affinity/ion exchange chromatography, SEC, HPLC, SDS-PAGE).

  • Experience with protein expression, protein-protein interaction assays, and immunoassay development.

  • Proficient in antibody or protein engineering, rational design of mutants, and molecular biology techniques.

  • Experience with structural biology and protein modeling tools (e.g., Pymol, Schrödinger, Discovery Studio).

  • Familiar with antigen design for immunizations and analysis of epitopic regions.

  • Experience in antibody conjugation chemistries and antibody conjugation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and statistical software (e.g., Prism).
