About the Team – Antibody Development:
The antibody team is focused on engineering, purifying, conjugating, and testing high-specificity antibodies for immunoassays. Using state-of-the-art tools and methodologies, the team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality reagents for research and diagnostics.


Role Overview:
As a Scientist I in Molecular Biology, you will contribute to antibody development by applying modern molecular and protein biology techniques. The role requires strong experimental planning, data analysis, and the ability to communicate scientific findings effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute molecular biology experiments to meet antibody development goals

  • Maintain thorough and timely lab documentation and data records

  • Analyze and present data in written and oral formats to internal teams

  • Stay updated with literature and trends in molecular biology and antibody engineering

  • Actively participate in team discussions, data reviews, and project updates


Candidate Requirements:

Education:

  • Master’s degree (0–3 years of experience) or a freshly submitted PhD (within last 1 year)

  • Fields: Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, Protein Design

Technical Experience:

  • Strong foundation in molecular biology techniques: RNA/DNA extraction, PCR, cloning

  • Experience with bioinformatics tools: BLAST, sequence alignments, codon optimization

  • Proficient in software: Snapgene, CLC Workbench, Geneious, Prism, MS Office

  • Experience in antibody-related assays: ELISA, Western blotting, Flow cytometry, ICC/IHC

  • Hands-on with protein purification, cell culture, and potentially antibody conjugation

  • Experience with NGS workflows or display technologies is a plus


Soft Skills:

  • Detail-oriented and self-driven with a collaborative work ethic

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Adaptable to changing project priorities and timelines

  • Capable of troubleshooting and problem-solving in technical setups
