Labcorp’s Leadership Development Rotational Program (LDRP) is designed for young professionals looking to grow beyond traditional roles. This 2-year rotational program provides a holistic view of Labcorp’s global organization, helping you understand how their work impacts lives around the world.
This is your opportunity to influence business strategy in a fast-paced, global environment while expanding your leadership potential.
💡 Program Highlights
Duration: 2 Years (Flexible)
Mode: Primarily Remote (with occasional site visits)
Travel: Domestic & International (as needed)
Goal: Align participants with rewarding leadership roles within Labcorp, matching business needs and personal interests

Each rotation includes a project charter tackling key business challenges across Diagnostics and Biopharma Lab Services.

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for individuals who:
Are motivated self-starters with a passion for people and making a difference
Have successfully driven projects from concept to realization
Thrive in ambiguous situations and embrace unfamiliar concepts
Possess strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Have consulting and/or healthcare experience
Are comfortable in a global, matrixed environment
Have an interest in leadership and developing others
🎓 Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree (MBA preferred) in Science, Healthcare, or related field
(Internal candidates may substitute equivalent experience for education)
3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
(5+ years preferred)
