We are seeking a Research Nurse I – Bilingual (English/Spanish) in Miami, FL, to join our dynamic clinical research team. This role provides direct participant care, supports study operations, and ensures safety, compliance, and high-quality clinical research delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver front-line clinical support to healthy study participants.
Perform IV insertions, venipuncture, and administer medications (IV, IM, SubQ, Oral).
Monitor vital signs, ECGs, telemetry, and other physiological data.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
Guide participants through the informed consent process, ensuring understanding and compliance.
Respond promptly and effectively to adverse events, prioritizing participant safety.
Maintain readiness of emergency medications and clinical supplies.
Collaborate closely with physicians and study teams to support protocol adherence and study objectives.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, solutions-focused clinical environment.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) – Associate (ASN) or Bachelor (BSN) in Nursing.
1–2 years of relevant nursing experience preferred, ideally in research or hospital settings.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication skills in both languages.
Proficient in clinical procedures, patient assessment, and documentation.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable to shift rotations, including evenings and weekends.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with clinical software is a plus.
Schedule & Location
8–12 hour shifts (day or night, based on clinic requirements)
2 weekends per month
Miami Locations:
