We are seeking a Research Nurse I – Bilingual (English/Spanish) in Miami, FL, to join our dynamic clinical research team. This role provides direct participant care, supports study operations, and ensures safety, compliance, and high-quality clinical research delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver front-line clinical support to healthy study participants.

  • Perform IV insertions, venipuncture, and administer medications (IV, IM, SubQ, Oral).

  • Monitor vital signs, ECGs, telemetry, and other physiological data.

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Guide participants through the informed consent process, ensuring understanding and compliance.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to adverse events, prioritizing participant safety.

  • Maintain readiness of emergency medications and clinical supplies.

  • Collaborate closely with physicians and study teams to support protocol adherence and study objectives.

  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, solutions-focused clinical environment.


Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) – Associate (ASN) or Bachelor (BSN) in Nursing.

  • 1–2 years of relevant nursing experience preferred, ideally in research or hospital settings.

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication skills in both languages.

  • Proficient in clinical procedures, patient assessment, and documentation.

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable to shift rotations, including evenings and weekends.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with clinical software is a plus.


Schedule & Location

  • 8–12 hour shifts (day or night, based on clinic requirements)

  • 2 weekends per month

  • Miami Locations:

    • Downtown: 1951 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33179

    • South Miami (SOMI): 5966 South Dixie Hwy, South Miami, FL 33179
      Candidates must be flexible to work at either location as needed.
