Research Executive – Clinical Documentation & Translation | Clinical Research

Job Overview
Lambda Therapeutic Research Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Research Executive to support clinical documentation and translation activities for global clinical trials. This role focuses on preparing, translating, and validating critical study documents such as Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) in multiple languages, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong language proficiency and a good understanding of medical terminology and clinical research processes.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Documentation & Translation

  • Prepare project-related Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) and supporting documents in vernacular languages including Gujarati and Hindi

  • Perform translation and back-translation comparison to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Ensure all documents are clear, grammatically correct, and aligned with medical and regulatory standards

Quality & Compliance

  • Adhere to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and clinical research documentation standards

  • Maintain consistency in terminology, formatting, and style across all documents

  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready and meets quality expectations

Data Accuracy & Review

  • Review translated content for linguistic accuracy and contextual correctness

  • Identify discrepancies and ensure timely corrections

  • Maintain high attention to detail in all documentation processes

Collaboration & Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support clinical study documentation requirements

  • Assist in maintaining documentation workflows and version control

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation and translation processes

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • Strong command over English, Gujarati, and Hindi (written and verbal)

  • Good understanding of medical terminology and clinical research documentation

Experience Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical research, translation, or documentation-related role

  • Experience in preparing or translating clinical documents (e.g., ICFs) is preferred
