Position Overview:
As a Research Associate II, you will play a vital role in developing, validating, and executing analytical methods—particularly in extractable and leachable profiling studies. You’ll contribute to scientific problem-solving, improve laboratory operations, and support cross-functional project execution within our state-of-the-art Whitefield, Bangalore facility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently design, execute, and troubleshoot analytical experiments for extractable and leachable studies.

  • Recommend and redesign experimental procedures for enhanced technical performance.

  • Draft and review scientific documentation: protocols, methods of analysis, and reports.

  • Operate advanced analytical instrumentation (LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, ICP-MS/OES) and wet chemistry techniques.

  • Handle equipment calibration, maintenance, and qualification per Baxter’s QMS standards.

  • Ensure compliance with GDP, ALCOA principles, and Baxter’s SOPs, Quality Manual, and EHS&S guidelines.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide technical insights, and support project deliverables.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in laboratory efficiency and data integrity.


Candidate Profile:

  • Education: M. Pharm. / M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.

  • Experience: 6–10 years in a relevant analytical research role.

  • Skills Required:

    • Strong hands-on experience with chromatographic and spectroscopic tools.

    • Effective analytical thinking and scientific writing skills.

    • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

    • High adaptability, teamwork, and project ownership.

    • Inclusive and collaborative mindset with openness to feedback.


Salary: ₹10.5 LPA – ₹15 LPA (estimated based on industry benchmarks for R&D roles in analytical sciences in Bengaluru)
