Position Overview
Lambda is seeking a Research Associate for its Bioanalytical Operations department in Ahmedabad. The role involves method development, validation, sample analysis, and operational support across regulated bioanalytical studies. Candidates with strong technical expertise in LC-MS/MS and analytical instrumentation will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and validate bioanalytical methods as per project and regulatory requirements.
Process and analyze study samples for assigned research projects.
Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS systems and other analytical instruments.
Prepare draft SOPs, method documents, and ensure strict compliance with method-specific and system-specific SOPs.
Complete all required SOP and document trainings before initiating operational tasks.
Ensure effective implementation of GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, including:
Verification of instrument labels
Review of equipment logbooks
Ensuring timely instrument calibration
Working in accordance with OECD GLP principles
Support project execution with accuracy, integrity, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
Education: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in bioanalytical research or analytical instrumentation.
Strong understanding of LC-MS/MS workflows, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Ability to follow SOPs, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
