Position Summary:
We are hiring a Research Associate in Bioanalytical Operations at our Ahmedabad location. The role involves handling analytical instrumentation, conducting method development, and ensuring data compliance as per global regulatory standards such as GLP and 21 CFR Part 11.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and validate bioanalytical methods in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines.

  • Analyze and process samples for assigned projects using LC-MS/MS and other analytical equipment.

  • Perform instrument calibration and troubleshooting during routine operations.

  • Prepare and maintain method-specific SOPs aligned with study protocols and regulatory plans.

  • Complete required training on all SOPs before project involvement.

  • Maintain compliance with GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 standards through accurate documentation and equipment labeling.

  • Follow OECD GLP guidelines in routine lab functions.


Qualifications:

  • M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc. in a life science or pharmaceutical discipline

  • 2–3 years of experience in a regulated bioanalytical laboratory

  • Proficiency in LC-MS/MS operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with GLP practices and regulatory documentation
