Position Summary
Lambda Therapeutic Research is seeking a skilled Research Associate – Bioanalytical Operations to support bioanalytical method development, validation, and sample analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS instrumentation and a strong understanding of GLP-compliant laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, validate, and document bioanalytical methods in compliance with regulatory standards.
Perform sample processing and analysis for assigned bioanalytical projects.
Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS and other analytical instruments.
Prepare draft analytical methods, SOPs, and ensure adherence to system- and method-specific SOPs.
Ensure completion of required SOP and protocol training prior to initiating laboratory activities.
Implement and maintain compliance with GLP, OECD GLP principles, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Verify instrument labeling, calibration status, and completeness of equipment and instrument logbooks.
Ensure timely instrument calibration and documentation accuracy to meet audit and regulatory expectations.
Required Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science (M.Pharm, M.Sc., or B.Pharm).
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in bioanalytical operations within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment.
Proven hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS instruments and bioanalytical workflows.
Strong understanding of GLP regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, and bioanalytical compliance requirements.
