Job Summary:
ICON plc, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, is hiring a Research Assistant (Phlebotomist/CMA/CNA/EMT) for their Early Phase Services in San Antonio, TX. This PRN weekend night shift position offers an opportunity to support innovative clinical trials and contribute to the development of life-changing therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of clinical trials and studies
Collect and manage clinical trial data accurately
Support literature reviews, data entry, and analysis
Maintain research documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for study execution
Contribute to research reports and presentations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical research or related healthcare fields
High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification as Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician, EMT, Paramedic, or LVN
Must maintain current job-related certifications and licensure
