Job Summary:

ICON plc, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, is hiring a Research Assistant (Phlebotomist/CMA/CNA/EMT) for their Early Phase Services in San Antonio, TX. This PRN weekend night shift position offers an opportunity to support innovative clinical trials and contribute to the development of life-changing therapies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of clinical trials and studies

  • Collect and manage clinical trial data accurately

  • Support literature reviews, data entry, and analysis

  • Maintain research documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for study execution

  • Contribute to research reports and presentations


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical research or related healthcare fields

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Certification as Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician, EMT, Paramedic, or LVN

  • Must maintain current job-related certifications and licensure
