Position Overview
We are seeking a Regulatory Operations Coordinator to support our veterinary and livestock solutions through MWI Animal Health, a premier brand of Cencora. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with quality standards, support regulatory processes, and manage activities for our premium product portfolio. This role is remote-based in Idaho or Pennsylvania, USA, and requires strong knowledge of regulatory operations in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and facilitate management review meetings following applicable SOPs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure supplier compliance via audits, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
Negotiate and maintain quality agreements with suppliers and manufacturers for MWI’s premium brands.
Provide timely responses to audit inquiries, supplying accurate documentation and data.
Support management in developing action plans for addressing non-compliance or quality issues.
Review and manage documentation related to adverse events and quality complaints.
Contribute quality insights during investigations and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve root causes.
Conduct regular reviews of SOPs and Work Instructions to ensure alignment with service, quality, and regulatory standards.
Monitor adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, guiding employees through standard processes.
Ensure all licenses and regulatory documents are current.
Identify opportunities for process improvements through workflow analysis and data evaluation.
Perform additional duties as required to support regulatory and quality operations.
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
Knowledge of FDA guidelines for post-marketing drug and medical device safety surveillance.
Experience in auditing, risk management, and/or quality management systems.
Familiarity with QMS software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $57,900 – $85,360 (national average; may vary by location).
