Role Overview

The Regulatory Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs team in India and International Markets. Reporting to the Director, Regulatory Affairs, this role ensures efficient execution of regulatory tasks, supports compliance with global regulations, and enables smooth workflow across cross-functional and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Regulatory Affairs leadership team in planning, organizing, and executing regulatory tasks within agreed timelines.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and monitor team inboxes to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assist in preparing data, presentations, and reports for regulatory submissions and internal meetings.

  • Coordinate and manage team meetings, global visits, town halls, and off-site events.

  • Provide data entry support and maintain regulatory databases in compliance with internal standards.

  • Manage vendor interactions, purchase order generation, invoice processing, and archival/reconciliation as needed for India and International Markets.

  • Facilitate global collaboration between sites to support operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely execution of assigned administrative and operational tasks.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • M. Pharm or equivalent degree in a relevant scientific discipline.

  • 2–3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or pharmaceutical operations.

  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical company processes and departmental functions.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and function effectively in a global organization.

  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

  • Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office and regulatory tools.

  • Reports to Director, Regulatory Affairs, International Markets.
