Job Overview
This role is designed for professionals looking to build expertise in regulatory compliance, IT audits, and risk management within a global enterprise environment.
As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will work on control testing, SOX compliance, IT general controls (ITGC), and enterprise risk audits, ensuring that systems and processes meet regulatory standards. This position plays a critical role in strengthening governance, compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity controls across large-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance & Audit Execution
Perform compliance reviews and enterprise security audits (application & infrastructure)
Evaluate IT General Controls (ITGC), cybersecurity, and application controls
Ensure adherence to enterprise policies, regulatory frameworks, and audit standards
Risk Assessment & Control Testing
Conduct SOX testing and control validation
Design and execute testing procedures for technology risk controls
Identify control gaps, risks, and remediation strategies
Audit Planning & Documentation
Prepare Audit Planning Memos and Risk Control Matrices (RCM)
Maintain high-quality workpapers and audit documentation
Publish audit findings and provide closure recommendations
Stakeholder & Process Management
Lead walkthroughs with control owners and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for risk mitigation and compliance improvements
Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership review
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
BE (Bachelor of Engineering) required
3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, IT audit, or risk management
Core Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:
SOX Compliance & Control Testing
IT General Controls (ITGC)
Cybersecurity & Application Controls
Risk Control Matrix (RCM)
Experience in Agile testing environments and development cycles
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge
