Job Overview

This role is designed for professionals looking to build expertise in regulatory compliance, IT audits, and risk management within a global enterprise environment.

As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will work on control testing, SOX compliance, IT general controls (ITGC), and enterprise risk audits, ensuring that systems and processes meet regulatory standards. This position plays a critical role in strengthening governance, compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity controls across large-scale operations.


Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Audit Execution

  • Perform compliance reviews and enterprise security audits (application & infrastructure)

  • Evaluate IT General Controls (ITGC), cybersecurity, and application controls

  • Ensure adherence to enterprise policies, regulatory frameworks, and audit standards

Risk Assessment & Control Testing

  • Conduct SOX testing and control validation

  • Design and execute testing procedures for technology risk controls

  • Identify control gaps, risks, and remediation strategies

Audit Planning & Documentation

  • Prepare Audit Planning Memos and Risk Control Matrices (RCM)

  • Maintain high-quality workpapers and audit documentation

  • Publish audit findings and provide closure recommendations

Stakeholder & Process Management

  • Lead walkthroughs with control owners and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for risk mitigation and compliance improvements

  • Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership review


Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • BE (Bachelor of Engineering) required

  • 3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, IT audit, or risk management

Core Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • SOX Compliance & Control Testing

    • IT General Controls (ITGC)

    • Cybersecurity & Application Controls

    • Risk Control Matrix (RCM)

  • Experience in Agile testing environments and development cycles

Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge

  • Understanding of:

    • Enterprise Risk Management frameworks

    • Audit methodologies & compliance standards

    • Technology risk & vendor management processes

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Effective stakeholder communication & reporting skills
