Job Title: Regulatory Associate


Job Overview

We are looking for a Regulatory Associate to support our Regulatory Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation, publishing, dispatch, and archiving of high-quality regulatory submissions across global health authorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Publish, dispatch, and archive regulatory submissions in agency-recommended formats

  • Ensure timely delivery of regulatory submissions in accordance with client and internal SOPs

  • Prepare submission-ready documents by formatting, hyperlinking, and processing using MS Word and Adobe Acrobat

  • Maintain current knowledge of global regulatory standards and submission procedures

  • Troubleshoot and resolve document formatting and technical issues

  • Manage submission workflows and technical status tracking

  • Collaborate with internal departments to plan, prepare, and perform quality control of submission components

  • Use various publishing and validation tools to ensure submission compliance


Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience in regulatory publishing and submissions is required

  • Proficiency in document publishing tools and validation systems

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards including eCTD

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage timelines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and submission toolkits

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
