    • Regulatory Compliance

Freshers are not eligible for this role.


Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related healthcare discipline

Preferred backgrounds:

  • B.Pharm

  • M.Pharm

  • Pharm.D

  • BSc Life Sciences

  • MSc Life Sciences

  • Biotechnology

  • Clinical Research


Key Responsibilities

Quality Review & Compliance

  • Perform quality checks (QC) for assigned operational tasks and ensure adherence to departmental SOPs and Work Instructions

  • Provide timely feedback to associates and communicate observations to reporting managers

  • Support quality compliance initiatives across operational teams

  • Identify process gaps leading to quality deviations and recommend corrective actions

CAPA & Process Improvement

  • Assist in preparing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) documentation for QC observations

  • Participate in process enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Contribute to quality trend analysis and escalation tracking activities

Operational & Client Support

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints, issues, and compliance concerns

  • Understand client-specific requirements and operational workflows

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency

Training & Mentorship

  • Mentor junior associates and provide technical guidance

  • Assist in onboarding and training activities

  • Promote a culture of quality excellence and teamwork


Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Quality Control and Regulatory Compliance

  • Knowledge of Clinical Trial Processes and Pharmaceutical Operations

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams

  • Organizational and planning expertise

  • Experience with CAPA, QC trend analysis, and escalation management
