Role Summary

Labcorp is seeking a Quality Reviewer I to support quality compliance, process improvement, and operational excellence within its Bangalore operations. The role focuses on quality checks, compliance monitoring, CAPA support, customer issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Compliance

QC Review Activities

  • Perform quality checks (QC) for assigned teams

  • Provide timely feedback to associates and managers

  • Ensure compliance with departmental SOPs and Work Instructions

QC Reporting & Tracking

  • Assist QC Lead in:

    • Preparing QC trend analysis reports

    • Updating escalation trackers

    • Maintaining quality records

Quality Improvement

  • Identify process gaps causing quality issues

  • Recommend corrective steps to improve compliance

  • Support teams in preparing:

    • CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) responses

Standardization

  • Ensure consistency in following standard procedures across teams


Customer & Operational Support

Issue Resolution

  • Monitor customer complaints, issues, and concerns

  • Support timely resolution and escalation management

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow quality and efficiency

Service Understanding

  • Develop understanding of:

    • Different service clusters

    • Client-specific requirements

    • Operational processes

Problem Solving

  • Manage operational changes and issues with minimal supervision

  • Seek guidance for highly complex situations when required


Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification


Preferred Qualifications

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:

  • Quality review environment

  • Medical technology

  • Medical science

  • Clinical trial processes

  • Pharmaceutical industry operations
