About the Role

TCS is hiring talented professionals for its Pharmacovigilance (PV) Drug Safety team. The role involves performing comprehensive case processing and safety data analysis activities while ensuring compliance with global and local regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-quality, compliance-driven environment and contribute to patient safety initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex safety data to ensure accurate case processing in ARGUS.

  • Perform all steps of the case-handling process, including case intake, coding, data entry, narrative writing, and follow-up.

  • Ensure adherence to global and local pharmacovigilance procedures, regulatory guidelines, and internal SOPs.

  • Execute follow-up procedures for incomplete or pending safety cases.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new safety systems, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Support and promote a performance-driven culture within the team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant safety reporting.


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

  • Eligible: BAMS / BHMS / BDS / B.Sc / M.Sc (Biotechnology, Zoology, Life Sciences)

Skills & Experience:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance case processing.

  • Proficiency in ARGUS Safety Database.

  • Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance principles, regulatory requirements, and case processing workflows.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and quality.
