Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from all sources (post-marketing and clinical trials) according to applicable regulations and client-specific requirements

  • Perform workflow steps including triage, data entry, quality review, and submissions under supervision

  • Engage in reconciliation activities for all types of received reports

  • Work as part of a team on pharmacovigilance projects, gaining exposure to a variety of clinical and post-marketing programs

  • Learn and grow under the mentorship of experienced professionals


Required Qualifications:

  • Life science or biomedical background – degree in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary science, or a related field

  • No prior experience required – ideal for recent graduates eager to launch their career in drug safety

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

  • Effective interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Advanced English proficiency (at least B2 level), both written and spoken
