The Pharma Daily is inviting applications for the position of Provider Relations Analyst (Content Editor) to join an Academia & Government content operations team in Chennai. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in metadata analysis, content review, journal operations, and editorial administration.

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring provider-submitted content, analyzing metadata quality, identifying content gaps, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency. This position plays a critical role in maintaining high-quality scholarly and provider data across systems.

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in metadata analysis, content review, journal operations, editorial administration, or content management.
Experience working with structured data, content workflows, or publishing operations is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Educational Qualifications

Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Core Skills and Competencies

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret system data and generate actionable reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to organize tasks effectively and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Working knowledge of JIRA and Salesforce is preferred.
Understanding of SOP adherence, quality standards, and policy compliance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with key content providers to identify root causes of content and metadata issues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to implement timely and effective solutions.
Monitor provider submissions to ensure data accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
Analyze internal system data to identify metadata gaps, formatting inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
Compare data across multiple internal platforms and provide structured guidance for corrections.
Initiate outreach projects based on quality analysis findings.
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

About the Team

The Provider Relations team operates as a global function with analysts based in India, the United States, and Israel. The team focuses on maintaining high standards of provider content accuracy, metadata quality, and operational excellence across international platforms.

Work Schedule

Hybrid work model.
Full-time position based in Chennai, India.
