Provider Relations Analyst (Content Editor)

Role Overview

The Provider Relations Analyst is responsible for monitoring and improving provider content quality, analyzing metadata and content gaps, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data and content-related issues efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

Content & Metadata Management

  • Monitor provider submissions for data accuracy and completeness

  • Identify metadata gaps, inconsistencies, and formatting issues

  • Review and correct provider content as required

  • Compare data across internal systems to identify discrepancies

Provider & Stakeholder Communication

  • Communicate with external content providers to resolve issues

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement corrective actions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and team members

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze system data to identify opportunities for improving content quality

  • Generate reports and insights for management tracking

  • Identify and initiate outreach projects based on data analysis findings

Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met

  • Follow SOPs, workflows, and organizational policies


Required Qualifications

  • Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in:

    • Metadata analysis

    • Content review

    • Journal operations

    • Editorial administration

    • Content management


Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Analytical mindset with reporting and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask and manage workflows effectively

  • Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments

  • Knowledge of SOP and policy compliance

  • Proficiency in:

    • MS Office Suite

    • JIRA

    • Salesforce
