Job Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end sales bids (RFI, RFP, RFQ) response process, ensuring all expectations, actions, and timelines are understood, met, and milestones tracked.
Interpret sales bid requirements and oversee compliance and proposal reviews.
Guide opportunity teams in developing proposal win themes and integrating them throughout the proposal.
Write, edit, and format proposal documents to ensure they are accurate, well-written, and persuasive.
Develop slides for sales bid follow-up presentations, quarterly business reviews, and similar materials.
Continuously improve the proposal content and process through best practices.
Maintain newly created content in a centralized knowledge repository.
Qualifications:
Two or more years of proposal management experience.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, English, communications, or a related field.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Project management experience.
Key Competencies:
Deep understanding of the proposal management/sales bid process.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Extensive working knowledge of document production software.
Ability to work under time constraints.
Strong ability to work effectively within a team.
Strong project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical writing experience.
APMP certification.
PMP certification.
Experience in enterprise-level environments.
Experience in technology, business process outsourcing, or business process automation sectors.
Experience with Ariba or related online portals.
Experience with Qvidian or similar tools.
