Process Executive - Data

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Process Executive - CDM/PV with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical skills in Generative AI and preferably domain skills in Research and Development or PV Case Processing. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. The candidate will contribute to our company’s purpose and have a significant impact on society.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collection, processing, and management of clinical data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize Generative AI techniques to enhance data processing and analysis workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate PV case processing in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
  • Monitor and track data quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct data validation and verification to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve data management processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong understanding of Generative AI and its applications in data processing.
  • Have experience or knowledge in Research and Development or PV Case Processing.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Show proficiency in using data management software and tools.
  • Display effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.

Certifications Required:
Certification in Generative AI or a related field is required. Additional certifications in Clinical Data Management or Pharmacovigilance are a plus.
