Job Description: Pharmacovigilance Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Advisory Role: Advise Global Pharmacovigilance (PV) teams on change control of procedural documents before revisions are drafted.
  • Document Review: Review change control documents to ensure Global PV business process owners incorporate proper training as part of procedural changes.
  • Approval Process: Review and approve procedural documents in ETQ to ensure they meet quality and compliance needs. Aim to create a more lean and efficient procedural document framework governing pharmacovigilance and safety surveillance.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of end-to-end PV procedural requirements.
  • Compliance: Ability to review and direct PV procedural documents to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations while promoting efficiency.
  • Quality Management: Mid-level understanding of quality management, change control, and quality management systems.
  • ETQ Proficiency: Ability to learn and work in ETQ (a quality management system).
  • Project Management: Advanced ability to work within fixed timelines and manage a high volume of work/multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience using ETQ is preferred.
