Job Summary

Cencora is hiring a Pharmacovigilance Specialist in Noida to handle pharmacovigilance, epidemiology, and risk management tasks. The role involves ICSR triage, safety data entry, expedited reporting, quality checks, and mentoring new team members. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform triage and initial validity assessment for spontaneous, clinical trial, and literature cases.

  • Enter data into the pharmacovigilance database and perform ICSR assessments.

  • Evaluate and ensure expedited reporting to Health Authorities and partners as per timelines.

  • Prepare CIOMS I, MedWatch forms, and XML files for submission.

  • Conduct quality checks of ICSRs to ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Retrieve ICSRs from EVWEB database and perform company/non-company assessments.

  • Manage case allocations and workload distribution.

  • Provide training and mentorship to new team members to ensure adherence to processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes, ICSR reporting, and EVWEB database.

  • Experience in quality checks and compliance with GVP guidelines.

  • Knowledge of CIOMS I and MedWatch forms.

  • Excellent communication and team mentoring skills.

  • Ability to manage workload effectively and ensure data integrity.
