Role Summary
As a Pharmacovigilance Services New Associate, you will support pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance activities. This includes the management of affiliate mailboxes, performing case reconciliations, and executing follow-up activities for both serious and non-serious adverse event reports.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the affiliate mailbox and ensure accurate handling of reports.
Perform reconciliation of reports as per standard operating procedures.
Execute written follow-up actions for both serious and non-serious adverse events.
Solve routine problems using established guidelines and precedents.
Work under moderate supervision, receiving instructions for new assignments and routine tasks.
Collaborate primarily with your own team and direct supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)
B.Sc. in Nursing
Experience:
0 to 2 years in a relevant domain (pharmacovigilance or healthcare preferred)
Key Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance processes (preferred)
Willingness to work in a structured, process-driven environment
