Role Summary

As a Pharmacovigilance Services New Associate, you will support pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance activities. This includes the management of affiliate mailboxes, performing case reconciliations, and executing follow-up activities for both serious and non-serious adverse event reports.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the affiliate mailbox and ensure accurate handling of reports.

  • Perform reconciliation of reports as per standard operating procedures.

  • Execute written follow-up actions for both serious and non-serious adverse events.

  • Solve routine problems using established guidelines and precedents.

  • Work under moderate supervision, receiving instructions for new assignments and routine tasks.

  • Collaborate primarily with your own team and direct supervisor.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)

  • B.Sc. in Nursing

Experience:

  • 0 to 2 years in a relevant domain (pharmacovigilance or healthcare preferred)

Key Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance processes (preferred)

  • Willingness to work in a structured, process-driven environment
